Well my 2 bits, even though I am new to this. I have a body type that gains weight by just looking at food, until I started keto. Over 4 weeks I have lost close to 10 pounds and I am eating way more than I am used to.
I don’t think you are eating enough based on what you mentioned. Here is a sample of my day
Breakfast: Cream Cheese pancakes with flax seed and a BPC or bacon or a veggie omelet with avocado and cheese
Lunch: Greek salad with feta cheese, black olives and olive oil or tuna/mayo salad rolled up in romaine with provolone or Cobb salad or hamburger on lettuce bun with avocado and cheese
Dinner: Rib Eye with blue cheese or salmon with cream sauce, halibut with olive oil vinaigarette and a green vegetable
Yes I was worried as well regarding eating so much more fat and consuming beef and pork products. I would rather stick to fish but I feel better eating what I am eating.
