For Mexican/Latin folks, i just made ‘keto atole’ with unsweetened almond milk, vanilla essence, ghee, swerve and psyllium husk, heat up, stick it in a blender and enjoy!!!
-2 cups almond milk
-1 teaspoon vanilla essence
-2 tbsp ghee
-1 tsp psyllium husk powder
-swerve to taste
