My Keto reading has dropped from 21 to 10 yesterday, for dinner I had stuffed red peppers with cheese spinach and olive oil with gluten free sausages.
I looked at the gluten free sausages nutrition after eating them and the carbs are 4.9g of which 3g are sugars per 100g which is about 2 sausages I had 3.
So I am guessing the 3g of sugars reduced my Keto, has anyone experienced something similar?
