A delicious dessert, which would make a great dish for potluck.
A few changes that I would change next time: make sure the egg custard is runny (mine was too firm), make sure the jelly is set firm (overnight) and in a deeper dish, I added 1/4tsp cream of tartar to egg whites for the sponge get them peaky before adding whole eggs. Got two thumbs up from Keto hubby!
