For nacho lovers!
Pork Rind Nacho Chips These (above) were made with Mexican frying cheese. You can use any kind, but they went for Queso Blanco. I wonder if adding a little egg batter to this would be good too or even twice frying or baking real quick? Once in egg then cheese or just mix all together with crushed pork rinds, must experiment?
