Is there anyone in Adelaide that offers a Keto meal delivery service in Adelaide

I know Five Point Four and Thr1ve do Keto meals but they are more so tryhard meals at attempting to offer variety to their customers than real Keto.

I used to get one in Brisbane - Keto Cuisine, I did it for about 4 weeks. It’s not really worth it after that, especially as your appetite decreases. Good luck finding one :slight_smile:

Hi Katie, just a wave from another Queenslander. I joined today and live in Cooloola Cove. Have been doing keto for 4 weeks and results are all over the place. Nevertheless I certainly understand and know the theory so i guess patience and sticking to the rules will eventually put a big smile on my face lol
