Keto/Keto-carnivore and mental health

#1

Hello all. I’m looking for a single, comprehensive and compelling source of information (like a short article, video or blog post etc) on the ketogenic or keto-carnivore diet and it’s benefits on brain function and mental health that I can share with someone who has no concept of what this way of living is and has been completely indoctrinated into the “fat is bad” mantra, if you can recommend anything or share I’d be very grateful!

This article isn’t exclusively about how LCHF helps brain function but the other information is still pretty interesting.

Thank you for the informative post. Please could you explain to this numpty (me) how you embedded that picture from the Amazon website with the link.

Thank you.

The Discourse software, the forum runs on, usually pulls up the website information, when you simply paste the link. Doesn’t always work, but usually does.
