One of my faves. My best modification on the many keto English muffin recipes out there, soaked in egg and cinnamon, cook up in butter, dress with more butter. My breakfast muffins: one egg, 1/2 tbsp ACV, 1 tbsp favourite oil (I use MCT or avocado), 1 tbsp coconut flour, 1 tsp baking powder. In a 2c glass dish, 99 sec in the microwave.
