A friend just invited me to dinner tomorrow and I declined saying jokingly, “unless you want to feed me just avocados and olive oil.” She responded “your poor gallbladder.” I don’t want to be ‘that annoying food person,’ but I would like to send her a link. Searches on Google and this forum bring up lots on keto without a gallbladder, but I’m not finding much on keto effects on the gallbladder.
