Keto demand is blowing up!

(Heather~KWOL for life!) #82

I would think it is ok to freeze peanut butter because there are the pbj sandwiches that are frozen

(Running from stupidity) #83

Ah, OK. We don’t have things that fancy down here.

I want to test this, but my freezer is too full of steak and bacon and mince and chicken sausages right now…

#84

There is nothing keto about that bar!

(Running from stupidity) #85

I suspect they’ve had more than a few complaints about it, as it no longer shows on the website of the supermarket that was selling it.

#86

Interesting! I dislike false advertising!

(Heather~KWOL for life!) #87

Smucker’s came out with them several years ago, grape, then strawberry and now most retail chains have their own brand, Great Value, Kroger, Hy-Vee, etc. I thought everyone had them :joy:

(Running from stupidity) #88

Nah, we do (currently) seem to have a lot more “real food” than up there. (Of course, I only see what I see, and I do see an enormous number of fat people, so I could well be wrong. n=1)

:joy::joy::joy:

(Mike W.) #91

Sure!

(Mike Glasbrener) #92

I haven’t been there in soooooo long wtf are those?

#93

Are those Egg McSausages???

#94

Uncrustables! My sister still buys those for her and her husband. And she keeps telling me shes eating healthy .

(Running from stupidity) #95

I had to google them

(TJ Borden) #96

I did the same thing today, but with two double quarter pounders with cheese, no bun, no ketchup, add mayo, and add an extra 1/4 pound patty to each.

(Mike W.) #97

The cheapest way to order it is the 2 for $4 sausage mc muffin with egg, minus muffin and 2 a la carte sausage patties. Ask for the cheese on the side so it doesn’t stick to the (inevitably included) muffin.

(TJ Borden) #98

WTF? Ours our 2 for $5 on their BEST sale, which isn’t very often. Lucky bastard

(Running from stupidity) #99

Sausage & Egg McMuffin (muffin only) $4.50

(TJ Borden) #100

But that’s Australian money… so that’s what, 50 cents american? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

(Running from stupidity) #101

It matters not, I can’t buy it with Republican Tears dollars

(Brian) #102

I seldom go to fast food burger places but that sounds pretty good! Might give it a go next time the situation presents itself.

Actually, I wondered if they would do a burger patty, an egg on top, cheese on top of that and another burger patty as a lid? I could always slather a little mayo and some tomato and lettuce on top (call it a salad). Dunno how upset about special orders they’d get…
