I had to finally admit to myself I was eating too much, and give it up entirely. I started eating just a little every evening, then decided to only eat on the weekends, but if you’re eating the same amount on the weekends you do during the week, what good is it?
Kept telling myself, “well, it’s better than ice cream”, but if I’m eating half the jar, is it really?
(Well, at least I wasn’t mixing it with equal portions of syrup, like when I was a teenager. )
