I took a Keto waffle recipe, left out the vanilla and sweetener, used avocado oil in batter. Used waffle iron, let them get crispier than usual, then I broke them into little pieces, tossed them in a bowl with warm bacon grease and garlic salt. I then put them in a baking dish, popped them into oven at 300 degrees until crispy. My husband gave them 2 thumbs up. I stored leftovers in freezer, will reheat them in toaster as needed.
