I pay about $25 for a pretty good sized can for mac nuts at my Costco in Kansas City, the can is maybe around a pound in weight.
Sometimes they’re not the freshest. If not, they will take them back on return, no problem. In addition to the foods mentioned above, my Costco sells big tubs of organic coconut oil for $19 (best deal anywhere!) and cases of organic coconut milk. Other snack ideas I buy there: kalamata olives, prepackaged prosciutto/salami/cheese. Last time I was there they were also selling those prepackaged packs of nuts & cheese cubes. My husband loves those.
Keto Costco Run
Yes! Forgot about the olives! I get the kalamata and the queen. My costco sells a 1.5 pound container of macadamia nuts for like $17.
Almond Flour, baby bels, cheese and more cheese. Meat and more meat. Veggies, nuts, coconut oil. There is always something new.
I got some ideas from this article:
Some of my favorites:
- wholly guacamole mini cups
- cans of Lindsay whole black olives
- Jones dairy farm frozen sausage links
- La Croix (not super keto, but it is my weakness)
Ours has the really yummy royal Hawaiian brand 1.5 lb for $15. I bought it hoping I could pace myself and have it last a while…but I’ve been eating a couple ounces a day they are so good!
I don’t dare buy the organic peanut butter though because PB is my kryptonite… I’ll polish of the entire jar lol…
Bought the 24 oz. sea salt roasted macadamias yesterday, $14.99. Ingredients are macadamia nuts, sea salt and macadamia oil. Love them.
I buy my oils, kerrygold butter and cheese, other cheeses, organic veggies, salami, bacon, cage free eggs, chicken, lamb, bison, La Croix water, berries, frozen wild caught salmon and cod there.
Their tub of Virgin Coconut Oil is a lifesaver!
Along with New Zealand Lamb shoulder! I divide it up into 3 hunks and freeze two of them. Each hunk creates two meals for two, and is probably grain-finished as it is mild tasting. Works out to about $5 a pound, a wonderful deal.
Kerrygold butter and Kerrygold Dubliner cheese are a staple as well.
Will have to check out the wild caught salmon and bison next time!
Don’t forget the cream cheese, good to mix in while you scramble some eggs then mix some in with a mashed up avocado and put that on top with some bacon and kerrygold cheese, keeps me full for 2 days, keto plus fasting, I don’t eat enough anymore to shop at Costco, don’t need snacks,my life is so much simpler now not thinking about food all the time, being able to take it or leave it is true freedom
I found everything missing from my list at a ‘Walmart Neighborhood Market’ (Walmart grocery store) of all places. Picked up some Almond flour, Coconut flour, chia seeds, etc there.
My husband and I typically buy bacon, HWC, macadamia nuts, butter, almond flour, cream cheese and eggs. The macadamia nuts are a wonderful treat! $17 for a large can in Michigan.

Teton Falls sausages
I saw these at Costco. Are they pretty good tasting and worth the price? I think it’s a newer product around here.
I really like them and they are made with all good ingredients. You can’t go wrong with this list of ingredients. My kids really like them too and call them their healthy hot dogs. I personally think they are worth the money and can feed them to my family guilt free!
