So I used the recipe for Carlshead Pizza.
Makes 4 (or so) pieces.
Ingredients:
3/4 Cups Almond Flour
1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Combine the cheese, cream cheese, and almond flour
Microwave for about 1 minute, then stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer if not mixing together well.
Mix together well
Form 4 small balls and flatten on a parchment-paper lined cookie sheet.
Cook 5-6 minutes on one side, then flip them over and cook another 5-6 minutes.!
