I think I might try the bacon challenge for a few days. Kind of stuck, weight-wise, for the past week or two.
Sounds great … I am also stuck …let’s start Tuesday I am determined to do 7 days …
You can only do bacon and eggs.
Women should be between 1 and 1 1/2 pounds bacon per day. ( I just couldn’t eat that much bacon).
For each egg, subtract 2 slices of bacon.
That’s it.
Good luck, let us know how it goes , I lost about 8lbs in a week eating just 1lb of bacon, but I have “a lot to lose”.

How often is the bacon challenge okay to do? Considering doing it again, went back up to 215. Haven’t been on track with the other week plan, going to give that a go tomorrow for a full week. If not is it okay to do bacon again so soon? Not sure what the protocol was.
I have no ideal my first one…today is my second day woke up feeling good…

He originally did it for 30 days straight, so you’re probably fine doing it again.
I just can’t with that much bacon straight. I need more variety.
My second day had about a lb of bacon yesterday…today I am considering throwing in a egg for breakfast… feeling good… however I feel by day 4 or 5 I will not be able to eat another slice of bacon …

Energy is the best bit, I only ate once a day but felt great, it Takes a few days anyways to adjust weight Wise, I went up like three lbs but then boom next day dropped 5 so water weight will adjust first few days.
