On 48 hours I lost 5lbs fasting last time and gained 3 back. So for 1lb loss would be great especially at your weight!

Yes, I’m not expecting to drop a ton of weight.
Some body reconfiguration wouldn’t be bad though. I’ve got a vacation coming up in a little over a month and it’s about time to break out the bathing suit.
Thinking of doing the other challenge now. Can you have coffee and stuff still? Is there anyone who can look at the files who signed up to the challenge that can tell me what’s in the sausage and egg casserole, I can’t see what the recipe is.
I started the bacon experiment today. Did you really eat a whole pound of bacon each day?
I don’t think I can manage that. I’ve eaten a bit more than 3/4 of a pound package and that was stuffing myself at dinner. I feel bloated right now.
This is going to be harder than I thought.
Never have done any ‘challenges,’ LeeAnn, but did cook a pound of bacon ends one time, and ate all but one big piece -had to wait a while to finish it. Very satisfying stuff, to be sure.
I’m way beyond the point of satiety. Im uncomfortably stuffed.
The bacon experiment calls for women to eat 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of bacon per day. Men 2 pounds. So I was already on the low end of that, but it’s looking like I won’t be able to do much more than 3/4 pounds a day. It’s just too filling.
But that’s still over 1600 calories, which is right about what I average a day. So that’s not bad, right???
Yep I ate 1lb a day. It took some getting used to. If you have to split it out between multiple meals!
The first two days I have 3/4 and then way later 3/4 while at work and then decided that was way to much and settled on 1lb
Maybe I drank too much water with it. I completed my run and downed a glass of ice water while I was cooking.
Then another with the bacon as the saltiness of it made me really thirsty.
Yeah I don’t usually drink while eating! I wait til after so definetly could be that!
It definately feels heavy in my stomach right now.
Like too much movement just might make me sick.
Oh, that’s not good!! Horrible feeling! Try some peppermint tea, or maybe ginger tea. Although ginger tea can make you hungry.
Maybe my body is just used to higher calories lol, after two days it was easy peasy but I eat first and then drink after when I’ve digested
