I look forward to the days when there are keto cereal options… I think cereal is one of those things that I’ll always miss… funny thing before keto my lady and I would argue over cereal, she would buy the kind with the lowest sodium… it’s funny to think back to not even a year ago and how our perception of foods have changed… even while we were low carb, preKeto when buying fish, the sodium content was a concerning factor…

This post was a while ago but I just discovered a great quick trick. Instead of putting the flavorings on the pork rinds, put them in the milk, whizz it in the blender and pour on the rinds that have been broken up into cereal sizer pieces. This way, the flavors go evenlyall over the rinds. I put cinnamon and monk fruit into almond milk…it was like Cinnamon toast cereal. Same with peanut butter and sweetener, that one is a bit like Capt Crunch flavor.
