Keto Butter Toast

Ingredients
50 g butter
100g full fat almond flour
50g white psyllium husk flour
50g whey protein
70g bamboo fiber
1 sachet of baking powder
2 bags of dry yeast
100 ml buttermilk
150 ml water
7 eggs
1 tsp ground Himalayan salt.

Tools
Food processor with knife insert
perforated bread baking mold
baking paper

Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients in your food processor with knife insert.
Add buttermilk, water and eggs
Line the baking mold with baking paper and fill the dough into it.
Distribute the dough evenly within the mold.
Brush the dough with water and let it rise until it has doubled its volume.
heat your oven to 180°C
Put the bread into the oven and bake it for apx. 45 minutes.
lower the thermostat to 120°C and leave the oven open for a few minutes.
Take the bread out of the mold, remove the paper and put it back into the mold.
Put it back to the oven and leave it there for apx. 1 hour.
