Keto bagel chips with garlic and herbs

I wanted something crunchy to snack on and I had left over fathead bagels I made a few days ago. So I cut the bagels thin in little circles then baked them to dry it out. Next I found a regular crouton recipe online and made it. I baked it on low a little longer till it was crunchy. It was so delicious and the best snack ever.

I cut up around 6 med size bagels then dried it in the oven at 250 till a little crispy.
In a pan melt 1/2 cup of butter
add garlic powder, dried italian seasonings, dried oregano or whatever herbs you like.
Once everything is incorporated turn off heat and throw the dried bagel chips in the butter and herbs. Mix well to coat then lay on cookie sheet and bake again at 300 till brown. If chips are not crispy when brown put back in oven at 250 to dry it out more.
