Keigan’s Super Shake

1/4 cup of the following:

  • Avocado Oil
  • Walnuts
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Kevala Organic Black Tahini
  • Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder (25g protein)

Water, two drops of cinnamon oil

It looks very grey with black speckles, tastes great.

Carbs 10.5g net of which Fiber is 9g
Protein 39g
Fat 106g of which Saturated is 20.6g

Sodium 246mg
Magnesium 154mg
Potassium 654mg

Easy to increase the fat and kcal with more Avocado Oil.

Disclaimer: My body has a hard time with Coconut Oil.

Is it 10.5g total carbs or net after subtracting 9g fiber for 19.5g total carbs?

Food is better! Just needed something that supported running out the door, plus I like the ingredients.

I try to eat about 50g of protein / day. There is no way I am ever going to drink 25g or protein powder

I went through a phase when I was doing green smoothies with about 15 different “super” foods. I gagged them down for about two weeks but keto is not a punishment and I have learned never to eat foods that I don’t like.

If you love your super duper protein shake then I would not let anyone tell you to eat something else. Keto is a joy … enjoy what you like!

My wife on the way to the inlaws. I’m not gonna tell you what you should or shouldn’t put in your body… but bacon. It has more fat and less protein.
