Just bought these fatty little beauties..anyone have a marinade recipe for me?

Avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, hot pepper flakes (if you like spicy, otherwise skip), minced garlic (or garlic powder), onion powder, black pepper (fresh ground if possible).

I don’t really have an exact measurement, but it’s hard to go too far wrong with the above ingredients.
