Japanese Avocado Sashimi Salad Recipe

Discovered this very simple dish at the Aisuru Japanese Restaurant in Northbridge Perth and recreated it pretty closely at home. You need to use Japanese Mayo or it doesn’t taste the same - I use Kewpie but you can make your own. Serves 2 and is about 9g carbs per serve.
1 Avocado, thinly sliced
200g Sashimi Salmon, thickly sliced
1 Tablespoon of Japanese Mayo
1 Cup English Spinach or Red Oakleaf Lettuce
1 Cupr Green cabbage, shredded (use a Mandolin if you have one)
Squeeze the mayo ribbon style over the cabbage and lettuce, then top with Salmon and Avocado
