Damn it, I really am useless with techy stuff! Sort of but was alternating cheese & bacon in the chicken with jalapeno, cheese & double cream sauce.

Make it more keto by using boneless thighs instead of breasts.

That’s the one, thank you! Yeah my thought was thighs would be better. Anyone that wants to try this should thank @LeCheffre for doing the techy stuff.

Indeed. The high recipes is why I’m here. Specifically for oven frying. The baking powder I have is mostly corn starch, and using baking soda with cream of tartar makes for crispy chicken but is way too salty.
