Any take or advice on what it resembles as far as taste, texture, etc.? What could you compare it to for example? … With the exception of the past 3 seasons, since I don’t have any place to go presently, I’ve been hunting deer dating back to the early 90’s. So yeah, Deer Liver & Heart are some I’ve tried, but don’t recall ever trying Kidney?
