I have about 80 pounds on you, I’m shorter and female so our macros should be quite different.

Agree w others about possibly too much protein

Different “ advice “ out there. From .5 Up to 1.0
I’m tweaking things up a bit
At the 5.52 mark in the video below “ .5 to .7g of protein/Lb of body weight “ is memtioned
I’m pretty active.
For me, my body does WAY better w less protein
——.7 or above, I really get fatigued.
In addition, even if my net carbs are slightly higher for the day or days…
I still function WAY better than having more protein
