Interested in weight loss experience from those on 18:6 or similar

Interested in weight loss results for people who have done 18:6 for a while. This is my 3rd day and I lost a pound a day so far. Will that continue??? And it hasn’t been difficult to make it to my eating window. I am allowing a little cream in my coffee and some bone broth. I know that breaks the fast technically but it makes it doable for me.

If you start feeling cold or lethargic, your bmr might be dropping to conserve energy. That’s when I switch to hitting satiety and eating breakfast. Then drop back to one meal a day. I’m happy. With about 2kg/ month.
