Some folks,including myself,have to stop feeding “The Sweet Tooth” altogether to make things nice and easy. No more cravings.
20 grams of carbs per day is a Carb Fest for me. I go about 3-10 g. I don´t feel I have given up on anything, I don`t miss carbs at all. Of course this is just me,not a universal fact. But I can eat a kilo of sweets per hour while watching a movie, soon if I let my carbs slip to 30 g or so.
Maybe try lower carbs / carni for a while?
