IFvs OMAD. my experience

So I have tried extended fasting. The longest was 9 days. It was really great and helped with neurological issues. I Also did IF every day for.16 hrs. I couldn’t get.my.GKI down though. So last Friday I decided to try OMAD with a 4 hr eating window… Today is Sumday.a.week later. GKI 1.4 …MAGIC
…I am finally losing weight again and feel 20 years younger. Arthritis gone and I am 58 years old. I hope this helps someone. And I wish I knew.this.in the 70’s. I would.be.much healthier!!!
