Do MIO Electrolyte drops break a fast while doing Intermittent Fasting/Keto? Also, I am new on this forum. If I asked a question in the wrong spot, someone tell me.

I highly doubt it. I also use similar drops, which are basically just electrolytes in drop form. Certainly for keto, it won’t matter, but I doubt it matters for intermittent fasting either.
