IF and hunger

i know you didn’t ask this (haha) but…
what about varying your IF during the week? like instead of 5 days of 20/4 do diff random ratios…

the scale is dumb…it doesn’t know if you have food waiting to be evacuated, inflammation, or water…it just knows you weigh “this”
not likely that you’ve gained .6lbs of fat overnight…

I do plan to start some different levels of fasting once I’m back from my trip. I’m wanting to try a 3-day fast soon!

Water but not water. It tastes great, so naturally I’m now wondering if I should be drinking it!

My intermittent fast turned into OMAD today. I didn’t feel any hunger until I was on my way home from work.

Hunger you say? Sip on some broth if the club soda isn’t helping.

I have been using club soda, too! I have started to notice that some brands (usually the cheaper ones) do not have any sodium on the nutrition label though…which I kind of thought made club soda different than sparkling water. I’m glad I looked b/c I wanted the sodium!
