Ideal weight?

I am really appreciated all of the comments on here!

I’m doing cardio currently. Nothing too intense just 30 min on a bike 3-4 days a week. As I move forward I plan to bring strength training in as well.

In general my favorite part is how much better I feel already! Below are goals that I have mapped out that I look forward to achieving:

Breaking 350 lbs
Breaking 325 lbs
Breaking 300 lbs *This will be HUGE I haven’t been under 300 since my junior year of High School!
Breaking 275 lbs
Breaking 250 lbs

Other goals:
Not need a seat belt extender when flying
Ride a roller coaster and actually fit in the seat
Be able to walk up the 3 flights of stairs at work and not be winded
Go from a 3XL-4XL to comfortably fitting in a 2XL shirt

Thoughts on these goals?

Non scale victories are way more satisfying than scale victories for me. My new one is tying my shoes while sitting and without holding my breath. My belly was way to big for me to breathe and tie my shoes at the same time. I’m getting close, and I’m gonna enjoy that one every day! It’s the little stuff that keeps you going when the chips are down. :slight_smile:
