I am really appreciated all of the comments on here!
I’m doing cardio currently. Nothing too intense just 30 min on a bike 3-4 days a week. As I move forward I plan to bring strength training in as well.
In general my favorite part is how much better I feel already! Below are goals that I have mapped out that I look forward to achieving:
Breaking 350 lbs
Breaking 325 lbs
Breaking 300 lbs *This will be HUGE I haven’t been under 300 since my junior year of High School!
Breaking 275 lbs
Breaking 250 lbs
Other goals:
Not need a seat belt extender when flying
Ride a roller coaster and actually fit in the seat
Be able to walk up the 3 flights of stairs at work and not be winded
Go from a 3XL-4XL to comfortably fitting in a 2XL shirt
Thoughts on these goals?
