Anyone doing the Ideal Protein Weight Loss program? Its a medically supervised Keto diet. Curious if others had any success.

I took a brief look at their website. Are they selling foods as a requirement, or is it more about the coaching and tracking?

For me it’s about the coaching tracking medical supervision and accountability. The foods are neither here nor there with me.
