JI’m in week 5 of keto WOE with minimal weight loss. This past week I did IF (18:6) three days. Today Mrs. Sinker and I went to breakfast and I had a bacon and cheese omelette. Then I came home and started doing some yard work. I kept putting off lunch, then realized it was dinner time. AND I WASN’T HUNGRY!! Then I went for a 3 mile run (and I rarely run) and felt like I could have run another 3. I still haven’t eaten, think I’ll wait until breakfast tomorrow.
