I’ve made Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers a few times, but when I saw this the other day, I really want to extend them and make this bad-boy! … I hope this video loads correctly.

Same here. :slight_smile: But it doesn’t bother me really. Last time I was making all the meals for the wife and my son. They were both laid up not feeling well.

Plus, it gives me something to look forward to. :smile: …But this does look good though.

I figured the Title would kind of hint that it was food. :slight_smile: … And yep, I’m pretty sure I might be trying it this weekend. But it does look like it’s going to take some bacon though!

Sadly, I didn’t get to make them. Got tied up with so much other stuff, it limited my time for making them.

Also won’t be making them this weekend, since I’ve already planned to make my first Keto Taco’s tomorrow night, and have the meat cooking now. Tonight, we simply made hamburgers, since I worked outside all day and the family was away at an outing. … But I’m definitely shooting for next weekend! :slight_smile: I actually posted a link to them not an hour ago in the ‘What did you Keto today’ thread!

I’ll definitely post when I make them though. :slight_smile:

Thank you. And to you as well. :slight_smile: … I’ve been wanting to make/try two different kinds really. Or I should say, two different shell types. One is actually a tortillas, and one a taco.

First one…

Well, I actually made three different types today. One sharp cheddar, one using Taco cheese and the Flaxseed Tortilla. They were all pretty good, but my god the sharp cheddar one puts out some oil! I actually think I prefer the one made from Taco Cheese. It has both yellow and white cheese, has a nice look and doesn’t put out as much oil as the sharp cheddar one. … The Flaxseed was pretty good too, but I really like that you can make those ahead of time and use them for the week or so. You can also use them with Steak, Chicken, etc. So I will definitely be making these again, and probably the Taco Cheese one. Here’s a pic of my plate tonight. :slight_smile:

The Flaxseed one is on the right, partially hidden by the other two that stood up better for a pic.

Followed by a small piece of Strawberry Infused Cheesecake I made yesterday. 1/3 of the piece in the image.
