Gotta get some!
I love cheese
Cheese is the best food ever! I would be so sad if I had to give it up. I do go through periods where I cut back, but I donāt think Iād enjoy keto nearly as much if I had to give it up
When the conference you are attending in Seattle serves lunch you donāt like, and you are on a high fat zero carb diet, time for an emergency cheese run! #ketogenic
PS. Iāve lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks, and reversed my type 2 diabetes, and had best blood work in 20 years last week!
Nice tip. Cheers ! Iāll be using this one myself.
How do you cut cheese at a conference?
I might have to buy myself a cheese knife to keep in my bag when I go to these, and those that ask if there are any special dietary requirements, answer āsome brie, and a block of unsalted butterā.
Hopefully, very silently.[quote=āGroversaurus, post:47, topic:5436ā]

Be careful if flying.
I bought a cheese planer at Beechers, too!
LOVE shaved cheddar.
Fresh curds are gone. 4yr aged flagship cheddar is on deck for lunch today.
Starbucks new Sous Vide eggs with guyre and bacon plus coffee with HWC was a good quick keto breakfast this am, too. They have HWC behind the counter, just have to ask.

SOOOOOOO jealous, The 4 year old, is one of my bucket list cheeses, considered by many the finest aged chedder out there.
Iāve thought about giving up dairy because Iāve heard it could help with skin issues but I canāt make it long enough to find out! I love my cheese and HWC too too much!
I like a cheese and butter sandwich, 2 medium slices of cheese with thick slice of Kerry Gold butter. great way to cut any hunger urges or cravings for several hours
Went to Trader Joeās today and bought some bacon cheddar and cheese crisps. Iāll try tomorrow.
I love chews however I go through stages with the different varieties being preferred over others. I used to really love blue cheese but for some reason Iām going off it. However, strong cheddar is really tickling my taste buds nowadaysā¦I literally eat it every single day (unless Iām fasting of course)
If youāre not intolerant to dairy I think you should eat cheese, itās good for you, itās high in fat low in carbs and tastes great!
Shropshire Blue. Itās like sharp cheddar and blue cheese had a love child.

Mmmm yes I have had this a few times! I think my love for blue cheese will return at some point! Infact I may have to melt a slice over a nice mid rare ribeye for dinner
Stopped by Trader Joeās yesterday and bought some cheese crisps and bacon cheddar! Yum!
