I.F. Question: Rotate for fasting days, Y or N?

Hello All,

I’m adding fasting back into my keto program and had a question.

Since the human body is so adaptable, I was wondering if I should rotate my fasting day as a way to keep my body guessing.

Last week I fasted from Thursday night @ 6 pm until Saturday morning at 6 am.

Should I stay on that routine, or change things up? Think of going to Sunday @ 6 pm to Tuesday @ 6 am for my next semi-weekly fast.

Any thoughts?




If its working for you don’t worry. Megan Ramas (IDM program) recommends mixing things up if its not. :grin:
