I don’t know what I’m doing wrong

#1

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong… I started my Keto journey about 3-4wks ago… I exercise every other day… But I haven’t lost any weight… I think I’ve only lost 2lbs… Everyone else had weight nearly melting off of them… I want to stick with this but this is discouraging… Any tips or advice?

Welcome. If you use the search tool above you will find lots of conversations about this. Searching through this on your own, you’ll be able to spot quickly what does and does not apply.
That said, you’ll find that most people who respond will request data about you before being able to help… how overfat are you realistically, what all do you eat in a day, do you have any medical conditions?

Welcome to the forum, please tell us a bit more, what does a day’s food look like for you? Do you have much to lose? Extra details are helpful with figuring out what’s going on

Welcome! I like doctor Boz videos, especially for women, who don’t have fat melt off, like me.

Welcome! Can we have more information about yourself? Age, weight, height, what you are eating daily? It would help narrow down what your issue may be.

I will say if you are only about a month in that isn’t long enough to see good results and you are most likely not fat-adaptated yet. Also I would ditch the working out so much it may not help you but only stress your body. (Studies have shown time and time again exercise for most results in no weight difference)

Last thing, try not to compare your journey to anyone else because that is a recipe for failure. Just like you are unique as a person so too will be your Keto path. :slightly_smiling_face:

you may not be doing anything wrong (but also, you might be… don’t know enough details  ) . For me the fat did not melt off right away at all. It took a year for my body to adjust and then it all just happened and now I’m 3-4 lbs below my goal weight. Don’t give up… search this forum on what has worked/not worked for other people, and feel free to share more details about what you’re currently doing.
