I cheat today ugh i only eat 5 carbs. When i eat and i guess fast for 24 till next meal ate 32 today feel nasty ugh fasting again

You ate 5g of carbs and that was cheating? I’m confused. But, don’t worry about it. Just get back to keto.

Perhaps fasting is not a good idea. Some people get both mentally and physically hungry from it so that they overdo their meal. Maybe just try eating 2-3 healthy, whole food, keto meals for a while. Wait to eat your first meal when you feel hungry, whether it is immediately after you wake up, four hours later, etc.
