Today, my weight is 76.2kg, which is below the 76.5kg mark corresponding to BMI of 25 (the limit of overweight).
So, I am not overweight, officially! I have lost about 27kg in a bit more than 4 months, and I feel really well.
Now, I want to lose 2-4kg, until I am able to wear some trousers I used to wear before. I can put them on me, but still they are a bit tight. But most of the trip has already been done.
Soon, the most difficult part: maintenance!
I am happy.
