Same here!
Humor :-)
We saw more snow than that this SUMMER!
TBH, it was a bit of a freak occurrence and only lasted 2 days.
Yeah we’re shit tbh that was taken the day after, we had about 1cm covering everything and that really is snowmaggedon in southern UK. I like the idea of proper snow but not sure I’d cope!
I thought the same thing. I also was not happy to see that orange guy’s face in the forums. This is usually a safe harbor from those.
We now return you to your humor:
So much truth to that meme. Especially the other day when my 16yr old boy threw chunks of hotdog bun at me and screeched “watch out mom! The carbs are attacking!”
I have to say that I have been having that word—you know the one I mean—inflicted on me all my life, and it never gets easier to hear, no matter how self-assured I become. That falling sensation in the pit of my stomach is never fun. As an admin, I could avail myself of the “nuclear” option, but I’m just going to sit back and see how the community deals with this.
What ever it was, I am glad I didn’t have to read it and I am sorry you did Paul. You are an important part of this community and I am glad you are here. I am glad you are an Admin because you contribute immensely to this forum.
Harvard’s name is getting dragged into and through quite a bit of mud these days.
Hum, Maybe I should be swinging my arms more and walking & strength training less?
I don’t think so.
Probably referring to the Qigong exercise known as Shuai Shou. You do it for 10 minutes at a time, 3 times a day, and it includes some partial squats every few arm swings.
This:
I just started doing Qigong this winter, we haven’t done that move in the class I am in, but ok, this makes sense. It would stimulate nitrogen, similar to this 4 min. workout
