I already posted this in “what did I learn today” and it applies here, as well…no matter how much I tried to fight it, i’m becoming more and more like my mother and only recently I realized that it’s not a bad thing :joy: my mom always told us to suck it up (pardon my language) and this attitude helped me quit smoking 3 years ago and KCKO. Like you said, we’re adults and we need to take responsibility for ourselves, “but it’s so hard” just doesnt cut it anymore. :wink:
