I seriously never got the idea of eating THAT. We ate the root and the leaves of normal celeries (they don’t have these things) but the kind with the massive STEM… Never looked edible, honestly. Even my curiosity has its limits so I never tried it.

(It may be crunchy though, that’s nice I guess… But yes, water with hair sounds about right to me.)

But each to their own. I don’t like avocado, donut and bacon either. And so many other things. But I like fruits. That’s sugary water with something extra but they are solid (except watermelon, that looks solid but it becomes sugary water in the mouth and not a fancy one like proper fruits).
