I eat about 300-400g vegetables most days a week. So most of my carbs come from there.
along with things like garlic, onions, ginger, tomatoes etc. Most veggies I eat have at most 3-4 net carbs per 100g.
I wouldn’t worry too much about vegetable carbs though. I have found that those are not the carbs to worry about on keto.
I get a bit of incidental carbs from other things like eggs, sausages and lupin flour (legume). On the odd day of the month that I use keto bread/pizza bases…some carbs come from those.
