How many meals

Hi im new to this, only one day in.
Ive had conflictining info so was just looking to clarify.
Is it important to eat all my macros in 3 meals or can i split into 4 hour intervals and have 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks

Until you’re fat adapted (6-8 weeks, or more), eat when you’re hungry, and eat FAT. Once you’re fat adapted you can look at eating windows, but it generally comes naturally as you won’t find yourself as hungry.

In the beginning just get rid of all the processed food and sugar snacks in your home. Eat as much as you want really until your hormones start getting more normalized. Listen to your body and it will take you where you need to go. I’d track in the beginning as well. Just as a baseline and so you know what eating x grams of fat, protein, carbs feels like.

Forgot to mention. If you haven’t already gotten a blood panel done do that. I wish I’d done that closer to the beginning to have as baseline as well. Just a thought.
