Recipe first, spiel after!
-Bacon (however much you want to eat)
-3 eggs, whisked/forked
-tsp black pepper (mix with raw eggs)
-1 level tsp good quality honey
-1 level tsp ground cinnamon
Crisp bacon. slowly cook eggs in bacon fat, agitating the whole time until cooked but still of creamy texture.
Plate. dust cinnamon across food, then slowly drizzle honey evenly across the plate. then eat!
Not sure this is strictly a recipe but we were eating breakfast for dinner as often happens on keto and I was lamenting that I couldn’t eat my usual pecans with honey and cinnamon for dessert as I’m taking a break while I have an autoimmune flare, when my partner turned to me and said ‘why don’t you just put it on your dinner?’
Seriously, if you haven’t already tried it I reckon it’s better than any keto dessert I’ve tried!
