Hello Friends, Newbie from India

(MyLove MyLife) #1

Hello Friends, Glad to sign up on this online forum, I have not thought there will be a Keto forum good to be here. Started Keto this Month Till today I lost 8kgs long way to go to reach my idea. First few days it is like a hard journey now I am ok. Still, I have to lose 37 kgs to reach my ideal weight. Since Sunday I am doing Intermittent fasting having only one meal per day. I wish you guys support me on this journey and help me with your inputs.

Welcome MLML. Just remember to stay under 20 net carbs per day and get plenty of water (2 liters) and salt (2 teaspoons) per day. And don’t think you have to do OMAD so soon to get good results. Plenty do fine on 2 meals per day. It’s really important to not let yourself get too hungry too often.

Or even THREE!

It’s really important to not let yourself get too hungry too often.

Yep, it’s not about calorie restriction, it’s about hormone control.

Welcome! You will find lots of support and good advice here.

Sometimes the advice will be contradictory and that is because what works for one person doesn’t work for others and all we can really do is report what works for us personally. You will see it referred to as n=1 (study sample size = 1 person - yourself).
