This is my first post here. I just wanted to share a little secret: hazelnut butter!
Hazelnuts are about 60% fat by weight. The fatty acid profile is almost identical to olive oil:
- 75% monounsaturated fat
- 16% polyunsaturated fat
- 8% saturated fat
So if you’re looking for a delicious keto snack, try hazelnut butter. I just eat it with a spoon.
