Ok…, a much simpler recipe… take some asparagus, trim the woody ends off, wrap in prosciutto, then wrap with bacon to hold it together and grill ( or bake, sauté or whatever cooking method blows air up your skirt…)
Have never cooked spareguts of the grill with prosciutto… look forward to dinner tonight…
