Gorgonzola horseradish compound butter

I made my first compound butter tonight. I think it turned out well. I cut too many herbs and ended up making a very large batch, but this is what I used.
4 sticks salted butter
about 2 teaspoons lemon zest
4 tablespoons horseradish
1 cup gorgonzola
a good amount of garlic sauteed in butter, probably at least a 1/3 cup minced
black pepper
and probably way too much parsley and cilantro, I used about half a bunch of each.

So now I have a very large amount of butter, this is besides all the regular sticks that I just store there, in my freezer and I think it may last a very long time. Now I can’t wait to make some steaks.
