Sometimes I venture out and try new things. The flax seed crackers do taste somewhat earthy , 1 carb per 6 crackers and 9 g fat - can’t beat that! I tried it today with cream cheese , also want to try with avacado

Just FYI, try not to eat too many due to estrogens:

I usually make very thin and crunchy fat head chips with spices. In less than 30min I make enough for a whole week.

I may be missing something but that article seems to suggest that flaxseeds might actually be of benefit :slightly_smiling_face:

I love the Flackers in Savory version - with cream cheese and a few little pieces of Creminelli artisanal salami, maybe a few kalamata olives.
